ISP NEWSMART 550 is a part of the Newsmart (Nantong) Group NEWSMART brand isolated soy protein. It is derived from Non-GMO Chinese soybean.

Application: Meat and fish products.

Characteristics: A high soluble, easily dispersible, free-dusting isolated soy protein developed for used in food systems where a highly functional, excellent emulsification, emulsion stability, gelling properties protein required, it is both an effective emulsifier and a moisture binder.
