Application: Nutritional beverage, Nutritional bars, Nutritional supplements, Extruded cereal, Infant formulas, Dairy-free products, High-protein drinks, High protein rice crisps.

Characteristics: An unique functional isolated soy protein that is designated for use in high protein nutritional foods.
